  • Functionality: The AutoBot AI Personal Assistant is designed to handle inbound and outbound calls, and mitigate SPAM calls. The effectiveness of SPAM call mitigation may vary based on various factors.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the AutoBot feature complies with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by NUMBERS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

NUMBERS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUMBERS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the App's functionality.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
